Nightlife celebrates the new NDS resource hub that was launched at the Palliative Care and Disability Forum. Videos and activities coming out of the forum highlight the high support from our palliative care partners to create better pathways and linkages for people with a disability who have a life limiting illness. We thank the wonderful speakers, including The Hon. Ged Kearney Assistant Minister for Health and Aged Care, representatives from the Victorian Coroner's Office and Victorian Disability Liaison Service. The highlights included an intimate panel sharing the lived experience of people with a disability, and family carers; and a disability support worker perspective from one of our fabulous staff.
