Nicole brings more than 20 years’ experience in the disability sector, having begun her career as a support worker and progressing through coordination, service development and executive leadership roles. As CEO of Nightlife, Nicole is committed to building high-quality, responsive services that support people with disability to live the lives they choose. She is passionate about strong governance, sustainable organisations, and creating workplaces where staff feel supported to deliver excellent support.
Lionel Gee
Chief Operating Officer
Lionel has worked in the disability sector for 38 years, in roles from Disability Support Worker to CEO and in NGO’s, Government roles and in metropolitan and rural services.In his role as COO of Nightlife Lionel has a strong focus in ensuring that staff are supported and trained to deliver the best outcomes for the service users of Nightlife. Lionels people skills and his capacity to relate to staff and service users ensures that Nightlife delivers quality supports.
Tanya Ramage
Business Operations Manager
Tanya has supported Nightlife's payroll and billing over a number of years and brings her experience in finance and administration to supporting the Nightlife team and service users. Tanya is solutions focused and passionate for getting the best outcomes possible for people with a disability.
