Frances has worked extensively in the disability and mental health sectors and has held Executive roles across a range of Statewide and specialist services. She hold post graduate qualifications in Disability, Psychology, Business and Organisational Change. She oversaw the implementation and operation of NDIS services at Mind Australia, Yooralla and Ermha, supporting the transition from block grant funding to client driven fee for service packages. She has an unwavering commitment to empowering service users and their families to live full lives and to have their voice heard. She is currently a Director on the State Forensic Service (Foresnicare).
Since joining Nightlife Disability Services in 2011, Vincenza has been responsible for ensuring and upholding to its fullest potential, the Nightlife vision of “Making an ordinary life possible for people with disabilities”. Vincenza brings 20 years of experience within the disability sector to her managerial role. Her leadership and management skills have instilled in her a passion and commitment to ensuring that Nightlife achieves a high quality and ethically driven service. This motivates Vincenza to perform her role with a strong focus on strategic planning within the disability field.
Varsha brings many years experience in finance, business development and administration to Nightlife. Varsha has been responsible for project managing Nightlife's development of administrative, scheduling and payroll systems and compliance with contemporary accounting, quality and auditing standards. She is passionate about creating sustainable systems that make our services possible.
