Frances has worked extensively in the disability and mental health sectors and has held Executive roles across a range of Statewide and specialist services. She hold post graduate qualifications in Disability, Psychology, Business and Organisational Change. She oversaw the implementation and operation of NDIS services at Mind Australia, Yooralla and Ermha, supporting the transition from block grant funding to client driven fee for service packages. She has an unwavering commitment to empowering service users and their families to live full lives and to have their voice heard. She is currently a Director on the State Forensic Service (Foresnicare).
