Whether you prefer the comfort of having nurse expertise, or care must be delivered by a fully credentialled professional – our community nursing service offers a friendly and flexible option which is focussed on maintaining your independence.
Following an initial consultation and assessment, our team can put in place flexible supports that change with your needs and health goals. We can also work with you to develop a plan that meets your budget and needs, including building a team of personal care attendants that can be overseen by our RN Consultant.
